What we look at during a Free Roof Inspection
Roof quality:
This is a measure of how “weathered” or worn your roofing material is. We will inspect for broken or tattered parts of your roof. This way you know how much time you have before considering replacing worn areas, how much it will cost and if a leak is present: where it is coming from.
Rain gutter system:
Locating any loose, broken, bent, or damaged parts of your rain gutters can prevent flooding inside of your property. We check to make sure that your down-spout and any low areas are properly draining and are in the correct position to drain.
Attic moisture:
Moisture seeping into your attic can go without notice. A piece of hail can make a crack through your roofing material which can be invisible to the untrained eye. A light rain onto the damaged area of roof can make it become worse over time. We will locate any areas showing signs of wetness and provide documentation of your damages.
Leak Patching:
When leaks occur, sometimes it costs more than money. Water damage in your property can weaken the structure, destroy priceless souvenirs, products, inventory etc. and expose you to the health risks of mold. We provide a temporary patch for leaking areas we find on your roof to prevent damage while you decide how to move forward.
