Dana explained everything about my claim and educated me on the process. Work began on the day he said it would, finished when he said they would and his crew covered everything around my house to contain the tear off mess. They cleaned up when they were done and didn’t leave a trace. The crew supervisor checked in with me frequently and kept me informed throughout the process which only lasted a little over a week (had to wait a couple of days for inspection from city) or it would have been even quicker. I’ve climbed on my roof and having done some roofing in my younger years I can see they’ve done a quality job. I would and will recommend Firebird Roofing to anyone without pause. Thank you Dana, Timon and Firebird for taking such good care of me! You guys are so easy to work with! Now come and get your check! Lol.
